Section 1.1
The following terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between the customer (named as the “Client, User”) and Welfare Host (named as “us” and “we”). The governing law is that which was valid when the contract was put into effect.

The client of Welfare Host Company had to agree with all of our terms and conditions to run their service. If any rules or terms being broken by the client, the Welfare Host company can take any action using legal terms against the client.

 

Section 2.0 (Usage Policy)
The user or client of the Welfare Host can use as per his/her quota given by order. If any user asks for extra, it can be brought separately. No user is allowed to use or ask for over quota against Welfare Host terms and conditions.

 

Section 2.1 (Spamming or Fishing activity)
The user has to use the services of the Welfare Host with agreeing to all terms and conditions. Welfare Host will not tolerate any kind of spamming or activity which goes unfair usage of service. In this case, Welfare Host Company has the full right to suspend or in an emergency case, terminate the account with or without any advance notice.

* Fair Usage:

  • Using hosting or other services without doing any spamming or similar activity.
  • Users shouldn’t use any reported IP to use Welfare Host service, if any reported IP caused the problem then Welfare Host can be able to suspend the account until this issue is resolved.
  • Users shouldn’t visit any spam-related website.

 

Section 2.2 (Service Renew Policy)

Welfare Host can give any offers to existing or new clients at regular price anytime without any advance notice. When renewing, the Welfare Host can increase the price as per situation but it will advance notice before 3days of the due date.

Normally, Welfare Host won’t increase the renewal price but in case of an emergency or highly increasing of assets as an example, Cpanel license, server costing, and others, Welfare Host has full right to increase or decrease the price when renewing.

 

Section 2.3 (Refund Policy)
Welfare Host offers 14 Days of money-back guarantee with any hosting package. But before claim money back, make sure you’re eligible with following rules.

* Clients can ask for a refund if any issue caused by these:

  • Server slow issue.
    Support unavailable for a long time.
  • The support system is too weak as per user perception (with valid reason).
  • Service is not provided as per the statement.
  • Welfare Host can’t solve any issue with hosting which is occurred from the server.

 

Refund will not proceed if:

  • Requested service or domains are resolved.
  • Aggressive behavior with slangs word.
  • Unethical and fraud activity with services.
  • Suspended due to client’s abuse.
  • Aggressive spamming and spamadvertise.

 

Please note: change of mind, change of wish, or change of interests is not applicable for claiming a refund. If you have any interest in our service, please check our existing client’s reviews from Facebook, Google, and websites. We’re committed to serving our loyal and genuine clients so we can’t provide any demo period because it may increase the entry of spammers.

 

Section 2.4 (Suspension of Domain)
If any domain is suspended by domain authority due to spamming or similar activities then Welfare Host Company can’t do anything with this. But, Welfare Host is committed to giving support taking back the domain live. Welfare Host will give every instruction with or without video, text, and by the call.

Section 2.5 (Domain availability)

Section 3.0 (Server and Datacenter)

3.1 (Service Abuse)
The client will receive a user ID and password for security purposes. This must be kept confidential. If the client is at fault For third-party password abuse, the client will be liable for all user fees And damages. In suspicious cases, the client can request a new Password, which we then send on to the client.

 

3.2 (Clients Data)
Personal data of clients will only be collected and used if they are required for the creation, content arrangement, or modification of the contractual relationship. The client is obligated to update these data in their online administration interface.

 

3.3 (Newsletter and E-mails)
The client’s Email address will only be used for information regarding Orders, for invoices and – provided that the client does not object – For customer care, as well as for our newsletter, if the client so wishes.

 

3.4 (Third-party Data usage)
We do not give any personal client information to third parties, with the exception of our service partners in so far as this is required to determine payment and billing with the client.

 

3.5 (Liability of Damaging Server)
For direct damages, secondary damages, or lost profits due to technical problems and disturbances within the Internet that are not in our sphere of influence, we assume no liability. In the case of the damaging server, the Welfare Host will provide previous site backup which is taken every week. So the user won’t face any major issue with data.

 

3.6 (Payment Issue)
Users can pay through the Welfare Host Payment method. Here is:

  1. Online Payment.
  2. Manual Payment.
  3. Bank Transfer.

 

We receive payment with mobile banking gateways Bkash, rocket, and nagad. In the bank transfer, we accept debit and credit cards. If the user made a payment outside of our payment method then we’re not liable to proceed with this payment. It will remain unpaid until we receive payment with our official method.

 

3.7 (Overdue Payment)
Depending on the contractual agreement, a monthly, quarterly, or annual charge will be made. Monthly payments are conducted solely by issuing a debit authorization. All other payments are made by the invoice. Payment is due immediately upon receiving the invoice.

 

4.0 (Suspension on Overdue)
We’ll send overdue invoices through e-mail (which was provided by the client). If the invoice remains unpaid after 3days of generate service can be paused and no longer use without payment. If users try to use any trick to make the invoice paid without payment then we can terminate the service with or without any warning.

 

4.1 (Terminate of service)
If any invoice remains unpaid for up to 60days, the service will be terminate automatically. If any offer or free rescourse included with the packadge, this will be remain as same but free rescourse or Offer can be claim within 7days of order confirmation. Welfare Host won’t take any liability for losing data of the client in this case. The termination process is automatic so any request can’t be received without payment.

 

4.2 (Inappropriately Behave)
If the user do any inappropriate behavior with our executive and it happens continuously, the Welfare Host has full right to take any action against that user. Using slang words, commit a crime, cheat, naughty, disobedient, continuously disturbing with call or message without any valid reason, and trying to crash our service is included in inappropriate behavior.

* These terms of conditions can be updated, change, and deleted as per company planning. But the Welfare Host authority must inform the users about any update of terms of condition.
